Most PMs write the spec and hand off. I've run product and operations simultaneously — redesigning how a logistics platform works while managing 200+ field staff on the same day. That dual accountability changes how I prioritize, what I scope, and when I ship.

I write PRDs and SQL queries in the same sprint. I've shipped the platforms I was originally brought in to manage — not to replace engineers, but to close the gap between what the business needs and what actually gets built.
